At Seniors Helping Seniors® Northwest Arkansas, we have a passion for meeting the needs of seniors in a way that provides both dignity and respect. Our owners, Suzanne McKee, RN and Erich Sullivan, are personally inspired and devoted to serving seniors in our community, which includes: Rogers, Bentonville, Bella Vista, and surrounding areas.

Suzanne’s story:  "I spent 10 years caring for my mother, who suffered from dementia, swallowing difficulties, mobility issues, and depression.  My mother passed away in November 2016.  When I saw an advertisement for Seniors Helping Seniors®, I was immediately drawn in.  This was the type of service that I was looking for when my mother was alive and living with me.  She needed a companion to brighten her day, someone to keep an eye on her when I couldn’t, and there were times that I desperately needed respite, so I could recharge and take care of my own needs.  When I learned Seniors Helping Seniors® promoted having seniors be the caregivers, offering peer-to-peer care, I realized this company really is about changing people’s lives in the community and I wanted to be a part of it."

Erich’s story:  "I spent 4 years caring for my mother long-distance before she passed away in January 2013.  She lived in another state and as her medical issues started to become a concern, I would have to take multiple road trips to see her.  I would have appreciated a service that could check in on her occasionally and let me know firsthand how they could make her life easier that day.  Bringing trusted, compassionate, respectful care can bring peace of mind to family members who live so far away from their loved one."
